Scandinavian Cultural Club in Klaipeda
The only Scandinavian Cultural Club in Lithuania has opened its doors in Klaipeda. Four joint stock companies and four individuals are members of the Club. Members pay a set membership fee, and new members are received by recommendations of Club members only. Niels Melchiorsen, president of the Club, hopes that the Club will help to expand relations between Lithuania and Scandinavian countries.
The Club is located on excellently equipped premises on S. Neries Street in the center of Klaipeda. In addition to conference and meeting rooms, members enjoy access to a cozy restaurant and wine cellar with an open fireplace and comfortable furniture, where you can enjoy a nice cigar and good glass of cognac.
At the Scandinavian Club you will have a pleasant time while making useful social contacts. You will have an opportunity to keep up with the world's events, to watch films created by Scandinavian directors and also listen to a wide variety of jazz recordings.
It is also possible to have a private business dinner, where the talented chefs and bartender will be at your service. All staff members speak English.
The Scandinavian Club has agreements with many local partners and is therefore able to offer you or your company special deals on favorable terms from insurance companies, banks, law films, translation agencies, hotels and car companies.
Furthermore, the Club offers a "total package", where-by they can arrange a meeting with companies that are relevant for your business, offering services such as:
